the location was excellent it was right in the center. i appreciated the friendly and efficient staff members. i was able to leave my luggage upon my early arrival. the included breakfast was fantastic it was a real treat.
the room faced the main road it was noisy due to traffic and pub activity. this made it difficult to sleep i found this quite disruptive. the noise persisted late into the night.

the television remote did not function correctly. i had to manually change channels on the tv itself. this was inconvenient! also. the breakfast was not up to standard. the scrambled eggs were rubbery and the bacon was hard. i expect better quality.

I found the location quite good. The staff was friendly. Libby was very helpful. The food was great, plentiful, and freshly cooked.
The room was noisy throughout the night. I expected this somewhat since it was a Saturday night. An inner window, which would have helped with the noise, did not shut properly, unfortunately.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I found them quick and efficient during check-in. My room was spacious and comfortable. The cooked breakfast was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the sausages.
My room was very cold because the heater did not seem to work properly. The window was open when I arrived, and I could not close the added second layer of single glazing. This made it noisy from the road outside all night and very cold in the room.
